Alain Milliat's objective is simple and ambitious: offer a wide range of flavours that reproduce most of the feelings we experience when eating fresh fruit. The variety of fruit is chosen for its reputation and excellence and so the nectars help promote a "terroir" or region and a specific cultural technique.  The origin of the fruit is indicated on each bottle.


Alain Milliat processes the fruit at room temperature and does not steam it, thus retaining the flavour and aroma.

These delicious nectars can be enjoyed at different times of the day: at breakfast, during breaks or when there is an interlude to a seminar, as fruity aperitifs, etc.
