Based in St Jean du Gard, Madame Manoel, who is nearly fanatical concerning jam-making, finds the best products from all over France and from other countries. Cooked in small copper cauldrons, these are all the more sublime. The fresh fruit of each season is carefully selected.
These jams contain very little sugar, and no oxidants, colourings or preservatives. The apple pectin used as a thickener is extracted by Madame Manoel.
The jams must be kept in the refrigerator after opening.
