1/ Preparing your order
If you pay for your purchases by bank card, we prepare your order immediately. If you pay by cheque, we will only start preparing your order once the cheque has been accepted.
2/ Packaging
We take great care with this important stage. We use specific packaging for each type of product to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition.
3/ Postal charges and delivery times
For France:
If you live in Metropolitan France and you place your order before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, coup-de-food.com will deliver your goods within 5 working days, provided that there are no delays caused by the Post Office or carrier. If we are out of stock of any item in your order, our team will contact you to inform you of your new delivery time.
Coup de food uses the Colissimo service provided by La Poste
At your request, we will give you the number of your parcel. With this number you can track your parcel online at www.laposte.fr/colissimo.

For the European Union, Switzerland and Norway:
We offer an express delivery service of 8 working days at the most, providing that there are no delays caused by the Post Office or carrier, if you place your order before 12 noon, Monday to Friday.
Coup de food uses the Colissimo International service provided by La Poste.
At your request, we will give you the number of your parcel. With this number you can track your parcel online at www.laposte.fr/colissimo.

NB:
In the event of missing items or damaged parcels or goods, or any kind of misgivings whatsoever concerning the condition or contents of the parcel, the buyer should:
1/ follow the Colissimo procedure (i.e. report the damage, express any complaints and reservations) and refuse the goods by immediately filling in a bad order report and giving it to the postman/woman (report 170).
2/ inform Coup de food of these incidents by sending an e-mail via the "contact" section. The item ordered can only be exchanged or refunded if you follow this procedure.
We guarantee the goods up until the place of delivery but cannot be held responsible if the goods are not delivered for reasons beyond our control (absence, error in address, etc).
Any inaccuracies may lead to long delays and further costs which will be passed on to the customer.
Coup de food cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by fortuitous events (strikes affecting the Post Office Colissimo services, bad weather, etc.).
