Paying by Bank Card

Totally secure online payment

Your bank details are encrypted and managed by the Banque Populaire's Cyberplus system (SSL: Secure Socket Layer / Data Encryption Standard).

Your bank card number is never transmitted or stored on our servers, ensuring your payments are totally secure.

Cyberplus handles all the steps in the online payment transactions, from the acquisition of the card transaction on the Internet to remittance at the bank. Once you have placed your order and indicated the address at which the goods should be delivered, you choose to pay for your purchases online by clicking on the logo corresponding to your payment card (CB, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, etc.).

Trust

The Banque Populaire certifies that the storekeeper exists and has a permanent relationship with the bank. As soon as you accept the payment, the Banque Populaire brings the transaction to a close, so there is no risk of your card number being used again.

Confidentiality

Your bank details are never given to the storekeeper and no information about your purchases is given to the Banque Populaire. Therefore, with Cyberplus there is complete confidentiality. Nobody is given your e-mail address and you receive no spam messages.

Paying by Paypal

If you have a Paypal account, you can use this totally secure means of payment.

When paying via Paypal, you will be asked to indicate your Paypal password. If you have forgotten your password, go to http://www.paypal.fr/.

Paying by Cheque

It is also possible to pay by cheque but your order will only be dispatched after the cheque has been accepted. Only cheques issued by French banks are accepted.
