Created four generations ago, Chapt vineyards cover 20 ha of prime Grande Champagne land (AOC Cognac). At the end of the nineties, the oenologist Olivier Chapt decided to produce extremely complex wine on part of the family vineyard in this magnificent calcareous clay 'terroir'. Right from the start, he gave priority to quality in the elaboration of his wines.

 

100% Chardonnay. "White fruit" aromas, brioche, vanilla notes, roundness.

 

Ready to drink now but may be kept for many years.

 

Serve chilled between 10 and 12 ° C max, with starters, fish, and seafood and also with "white meats"
