Characteristics: fine sweet-tasting water. High carbonation level. Very bubbly sparkling water.

Of contemporary design, the bottle is elegant and as transparent as the water it contains, which is drawn from the Cambrian Mountains in Wales. Tau takes its name from the ancient Welsh word for "to be silent" and is the most recent of Ty Nant bottled waters. It obtained the prestigious "Best Glass Bottle" at the 2004 Design Awards.
