This oil is the fruit of careful traditional methods of work. It is obtained by simply macerating fresh basil in extra virgin olive oil containing no additives or preservatives.
It goes wonderfully with tomatoes and mozzarella, goat's milk cheese salads, summer soups and all types of pasta. It is perfect for making the famous "pistou" sauce.
Its packaging is totally avant-garde. Its aluminium, 33cl bottle was specially conceived and designed to conserve the oil's taste quality.
