This oil is the fruit of careful traditional methods of work. It is obtained by simply macerating garlic in extra virgin olive oil containing no additives or preservatives.
This oil enhances tomato sauces, simmered vegetables and goes well with meat. It is easy to use when preparing many varieties of Provencal purées and sauces.
Its packaging is totally avant-garde. Its aluminium, 33cl bottle was specially conceived and designed to conserve the oil's taste quality.
