This intense, fruity and slightly herbaceous tasting oil is made by the Clémente family who have been oilseed crushers since 1895. It is made from ogliarola garganica olives (70%) grown in the Gargano National Park, a protected area in Pouilles, a region of Italy.
The marked character of this extra virgin AOC olive oil is revealed through its balanced, delicate structure. It goes well with Mediterranean cuisine or more sophisticated dishes.
Use: salads, pasta, sauces, grilled fish, vegetables, etc.
