Ginger Chutney (organic)

This bitter-sweet chutney is made from organic produce containing no pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. There are many ways of using this chutney, just as there are many ways of combining fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices. Just use your imagination and don't be afraid to try new ideas!

The chutney is used as a condiment or sauce and goes well with many hot and cold dishes: game, poultry, cold meat and fish, it can also be spread on small slices of toast to go with an aperitif or even mixed in with fresh pasta or whole rice.
