The 5 seasons pepper is a mixture of long hot pepper, green fruity pepper, white spicy pepper, black aromatic pepper and pink sweet pepper.

L'Himalayen pepper comes from the best pepper-producing regions.           To maintain all its qualities, great care has gone into selecting the peppers and some, like the black and white peppers, have been hand chosen.

Did you know that long pepper was discovered in the foothills of the Himalayas where it grows naturally. It is now grown for its unusual flavour and its very fragrant aroma that reminds us of cinnamon and coriander.
The pink pepper is not a real pepper: the berries are not produced by pepper plants but by trees that resemble pistachio trees. When ripe, the berries of this tree are a lovely, bright-pink colour.
