2/ Lemon Sunflower Oil
Sunflower oil with natural Italian lemon extract
Hélianthe Balsan oils are produced in Charente Maritime, the cradle of sunflower production. The fruit of careful, reasonable farming, subject to constant traceability, this virgin sunflower oil is obtained by a first cold pressing then enriched with 0.3% of natural, Italian lemon extract.
It adds a touch of freshness to the flavour of crudités, tabouleh, fish, seafood, carpaccios, etc.
Use: seasoning and cooking.

3/ White Pineau
Pineau from a vineyard located in Burie "the capital of Pineau" which has been tended by Daniel Bouillard's family since 1886. Produced from Cognac and the juice of white grapes (Ugni-blanc and Colombard), it has slightly honeyish notes. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with certain dishes (foie gras, melon, desserts, chocolate, etc.)
