2/ Cazulet white wine
Organic Chardonnay / half-bottle
This very pleasant wine has fruity and buttery notes: when shaken, aromas of green apples develop. Hazelnut and butter aromas that go well with river fish (pike-perch, perch, etc.). Non-filtered wine made with organic grapes certified by Ecocert SAS F 32600.

3/ Rapeseed Oil
Cottage-type, first pressed, cold-pressed oil without solvents. This extraction method preserves the oil's aroma, its vitamin E content and its golden colour. It is clarified via natural decantation and filtered. No chemical preservation treatment. The farmer extracts the oil from the rapeseeds he has produced himself.
