This is undoubtedly the most famous and sweetest of honeys and the one that remains in its liquid state for the longest. Unfortunately, many of the acacia honeys sold in France are imported from China and are of poor quality. MATIN D'ABEILLE's acacia honey, harvested on the plain of the river Pô in Italy, is of remarkable purity.

It regulates digestion and is recommended for infants and young children.

Taste: slight to medium strength, delicate, smooth, aromas of vanilla and marron glacé.
