This is the most floral of honeys, as some people may say the most "fragrant". Lavandin is a hybrid lavender grown in Provence and more specifically in Haute-Provence. This very pale, almost white honey with its characteristic fragrance and aromas is very prized but over the past few years it has suffered from a great drop in production. MATIN D'ABEILLE's lavandin honey comes from an area where production is very high, i.e. in the Drôme Provençale. Honey-lovers will appreciate its versatility.
