In the springtime, there is a great variety of flowers in the Corsican maquis and the honey benefits from this diversity. The main flowers include thistles and asphodel but also white heather and sea lavender to a lesser extent. This Corsican maquis honey by MATIN D'ABEILLE has a medium to strong aromatic strength. It is very balanced, perfectly creamy and delicious on a slice of bread and butter (salted). It also works wonders when used in cooking!

Taste: quite strong, floral and wooded with aromas of toffee, fresh flowers and menthol
