Spring and Tangerine Blossom

Harvested in orchards on the east coast of Corsica, this is one of the most delicate honeys. From the nectar of tangerine blossoms and other spring blossoms (especially asphodel), it is sweet and presents citrus fruit aromas which are more subtle than orange blossom aromas. Its subtle taste and fine crystallisation make it a remarkable honey - a real delicacy!

Taste: of medium strength, floral, fresh on the palate with aromas of orange marmalade, lavender blossom and citrus fruit blossom
