Wild rhododendrons grow in abundance at altitudes of over 1,500 metres so this is a mountain honey. It symbolises environmental purity more than any other honey. Harvested in the Pyrénées Orientales, this extremely pure rhododendron honey by MATIN D'ABEILLE is elegant and mild with very subtle aromas. It is pale (almost white), creamy and slightly granular. You'll enjoy it best if you eat it on its own!
Taste: of medium strength, floral and fruity with aromas of freshly cut grass, roses and litchis
Producer: Claude Lavigne
Distributor: Matin d'Abeille
