Ruinart Rosé, a fine, elegant champagne with the distinctive Ruinart taste due to a high concentration of Chardonnay grapes. A beautiful colour of pinkish gold, Ruinart Rosé is a smooth, balanced and fruity wine with plenty of body.

Composition
Made with wines from the 2000 harvest and 20% reserve wines from 2 previous years. 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, including 18% red wine.

Description

Appearance

A rose petal, sunset-yellow, pink colour. Very delicate bubbles and a fine, persistent bead.


Nose

Delicate, subtle and fresh on the nose with aromas of cherries and red berries being uppermost: wild strawberries and raspberries.
A great depth of primary, simple aromas on the nose.


Taste
It strikes the palate with great intensity, is balanced and very fresh. It has great elegance.
A fantastic wine - refined, supple, rounded and silky with fruity, gourmet notes.
A finish of medium length.
